Our business owner, Paul Hayes, has been in the car rental industry since 2002, where he began his career working in, and supervising, the Holiday Autos call centre. Within 3 years he had moved to the International Business Development team overseeing revenue and business strategies for the global satellite offices. A re-launch of Holiday Autos into the US market saw Paul spend a year in the States promoting and signing up partners, whilst overseeing the dedicated call centre. This involved training and opening a call centre in Montevideo, Uruguay. After significantly growing the US business he moved on after 10 years to Expedia Group. At EG he worked as an Account Manager, and then a Sr. Account Manager running a London based team. Over this 5+ year period the team saw significant triple digit growth in the EMEA and APAC regions. Leaving Expedia he saw a need in the market to support companies in looking for revenue growth and business strategy in the face of a changing world.
